Leg in means a wrestler has one leg hooked inside their opponent’s legs from the top. This controls the hips and limits movement. It helps stop escapes and creates turning chances. You stay tight and balanced to keep control. One leg in can be easier to manage than both legs. It allows flexibility in movement. For example, a wrestler hooks one leg while riding. The opponent tries to stand but cannot turn freely. The referee keeps the action going. Having a leg in strengthens top control.
