Cement Mixer Meaning in Wrestling

A cement mixer is a rolling move that usually starts when your opponent shoots in. You lock around their head and arm, then roll through to put them on their back. It uses their forward motion against them. Timing is very important to make it work. If done correctly, it can score near-fall points quickly. Example: A wrestler catches a shot, locks the head and arm, and rolls through. The opponent lands on his back and the referee begins a count.
