Last Man Standing Meaning in Dodgeball

Last man standing describes the final remaining player on a team during a round. This individual must face the opposing team alone without any immediate help or backup. A single defender dodges multiple balls from four different attackers at once. The goal is to survive long enough to catch a ball for help. Catching a ball allows an eliminated teammate to return to the active court. This situation places immense pressure on the player to perform perfect moves constantly. Teams often cheer loudly for the last man standing to boost their morale. Winning from this position is one of the greatest feats in dodgeball.
