Activity Time Meaning in Wrestling

Activity time is a short period given to a wrestler who is expected to score after the opponent is called passive.

During this time, they must try to attack and earn points. If they score, they keep the points. If they do not, they may still receive a point depending on the rules. It encourages quick offense.

Example: After a passivity call, a wrestler gets activity time and shoots for a takedown. He finishes the attack and scores before time runs out.
