A far-side cradle is when you lock your opponent’s head and the leg farthest from you together. This often happens after breaking them down flat. You reach across the body to grab the far leg. Then you connect it to the head and lock your hands. It creates strong pressure and control. Turning them to their back scores points. For example, a wrestler reaches across and secures the far leg. He locks the cradle and rolls his opponent over. The referee signals near-fall points. Reaching deep makes this move effective.
