A head-and-arm is a move where you wrap one arm around your opponent’s head and the other around their arm. You lock your hands and use your hips to turn them to the mat. It can be used from standing or on the mat. The goal is to bring them to their back for points or a pin. Tight control and good balance are important. Example: A wrestler locks a head-and-arm from the side and rolls his opponent over. The referee starts counting near-fall points.
