Out of form describes a period where a player struggles to perform their best consistently. This usually involves a batter failing to score runs or a bowler missing their targets. It is often a mental challenge where the athlete loses confidence in their own abilities. Even the best players in the world experience these difficult phases during their long careers. The star player looked out of form after getting out for low scores twice. This situation requires extra practice and support from the coaches to fix the technical errors. Sometimes a single good performance is enough to help a player find their rhythm again. Athletes must stay positive and work on the basics to overcome these low points. Every professional knows that form is temporary but their underlying class is always permanent.
