Red Card Meaning in Dodgeball

A red card is a formal penalty issued by an official for misconduct. This severe disciplinary action results in the immediate removal of a player from the match. A referee shows the card after a player uses offensive language toward an opponent. The penalized individual must leave the court and cannot return for the current game. Some rules also require the team to play with one fewer person for a time. This measure ensures a safe and respectful environment for all the athletes and spectators. Red cards apply to extreme violations like intentional physical contact or repeated rule breaking. Maintaining sportsmanship is a mandatory requirement for every participant on the dodgeball court.
