A partner delivers three lunging punches while the other blocks them. On the third block, the defender performs a strong counter-strike. This drill teaches students how to handle multiple consecutive attacks easily. Maintaining a consistent height during the steps is very important. The practitioner must keep the eyes on the opponent at all times. This training improves the coordination between the feet and the hands.
